Mini Croissants


Miniature Croissants; flaky and buttery.  Kid's would love these for snacks and they would be gone within seconds.




Peanut Buttercream Buns


These buns are like hoagie rolls, but more soft like a baby's bottoms.  These buns are sliced in half side-ways and are spread with Peanut Buttercream.





Cream Puffs


Cream Puffs filled with lemon custard cream easily fits the size of a kid's hands and popped into your mouth within seconds.

Creamcheese Walnut Buns


The buns are creamy from the slightly sweet creamcheese filling, nutty from the walnuts in the dough and the almond slices sprinkled on top, and soft from the well-risen dough.  Although, the buns are really big, you may be quite full after eating this.




Sausage Buns


These are my kids' favorite Sausage Buns.  The buns are topped with onion, corn, cheese, and mayonnaise filling, then decorated with mayonnaise and ketchup.




Butter Rolls


The rolls are soft like a baby's butt and as soon as you take a bite of the rolls, you can taste the essence of the butter and feel the softness of the rolls.. You can also slice it in half and spread it with jam or peanut butter, or add some ham or turkey and some veggies, and have it as a snack size sandwich; whatever your choice may be.  It is also a great size for kids hands and for them to enjoy.

Lemon Creamcheese Bread


These are soft buns filled with Lemon Creamcheese filling, topped with meringue and slices almonds.  These were supposed to be baked in Brioche Pans, but since I do not have them, I baked them in Jumbo Muffin Pans which I shouldn't have done and ended up over-baking them.  They ended up a bit dry, but still soft.
