Apple Pie

The all-time favorite... Apple Pie!!  Flaky crust, sweet and nutty brown sugar, slightly fragrant spice of cinnamon, and soft buttery apples, topped with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.  Delish!  My kids had two spices!!

Coffee Roll Cake

Bitter from the coffee, spongy from the cake, and slightly creamy from the buttercream.  Perfect with milk-blended coffee.

Sweet Potato Cream Cheese Buns

This is one of my favorite buns and I would eat it every single day without getting sick of it.  =)  The buns are slightly sweet from the sweet potato, creamy from the cream-cheese and soft from the well-risen dough, then sprinkled with sugar crystals and black sesame seed.

Pumpkin Spice Macarons

Now, with the Thanksgiving and Halloween season being, I wanted to try something with Pumpkin Spice and came up with the idea of Pumpkin Spice Macarons.  They came out rather better than I thought.  They are creamy from the creamcheese, yet has a hint of spice, nutty from the macaron caps, and then has the essence of Pumpkin Pie.  Perfect for Thanksgiving. ^^*
