The oh~so famous Red Bean Buns most Asians love. I'm not really a Red Bean Buns fan, but the buns are baked with a thin layer dough filled with lots of red bean. The red bean filling can be found at Asian stores in cans or in sealed plastic packages/bags. OR you can go the hard way like my sister-in-law and let the dried beans sit in water over night, then cook them in boiling water, drain them, and cook it again in low heat for a long long time until it gets paste-like. Not worth the time unless if you don't like it sweet, then you're more than happy to go ahead and take the longer way. =)
